Overview
Managing procurement, inspection levels, and delivery milestones for enterprise energy operations (delivered for Saudi Aramco via Saipem) requires flawless data precision. Previously, critical project data was locked in massive, decentralized weekly Excel spreadsheets, leading to frequent data interpretation errors, delayed risk visibility, and slow decision-making across teams.
As Lead Product Designer & Product Manager, I led the cross-platform design and information architecture for MarjanEye across Web, Native Mobile (iOS & Android), and internal Admin panels. I translated complex industrial energy workflows into a secure operational intelligence platform—eliminating spreadsheet dependencies and providing live risk tracking across the entire supply chain.
Note: Due to strict enterprise NDAs and the sensitive nature of Aramco’s industrial operations, all UI mockups have been sanitized. Project-specific data, metrics, and proprietary workflows have been anonymized or abstracted.
Measurable Impact & Scale
80% Faster Time-to-Insight: Replaced manual, multi-step spreadsheet reviews with a 3-tiered visual investigation framework (Dashboard → Critical Delay → PO/Milestone Details), drastically accelerating operational decision-making and risk mitigation.
55% Reduction in Data Interpretation Errors: Standardized complex engineering classifications, inspection levels, and vendor statuses into clear, legible information architectures across web and mobile interfaces.
70% Internal Feature Adoption Rate: Successfully migrated highly technical enterprise teams off entrenched legacy workflows and onto the new cross-platform ecosystem (Web, iOS, Android) despite strict stakeholder constraints.
Core Systems Architected
Excel Ingestion & Validation Engine: Architected the administrator data-ingestion workflow to safely upload, validate, and process complex weekly Excel updates—featuring real-time conflict detection and processing state histories to ensure zero data corruption.
Procurement & Delay-Monitoring UX: Designed high-density dashboards and mobile status flows that mapped technical energy terminology and critical-delay classifications into intuitive visual indicators for multi-tier stakeholders.
Role-Based Governance & Admin Suite: Structured granular permission models across web and mobile platforms to manage sensitive vendor data, user access levels, and full audit traceability logs.
